Below, Tracy describes some of the features you'll find in her exclusive studios:

The SYSTEM Collection

Meet the team: The Hybrid Body Reformer (BHR), bands, cubes, and bars at the Studio can be used together and individually to give you the specific results that you want.

The Method System Collection is a revolution in modern fitness - proof that my studios are a new kind of gym. The systems look like nothing you've ever seen, and they aren't used the way you think. The HBR, the bands, the cubes and the bars were all created with a set of complementary sequences of moves in mind. Each system is a carefully calibrated member of the collection, working to penetrate the muscle in a specific way, challenging your mental connection to your muscles, and forcing the accessory muscles to engage.

The Hybrid Body Reformer (HBR)

The Hybrid Body Reformer (HBR) was my first design. Simply put, it was born out of my frustration: nothing like it existed, and the results I wanted were not possible with the equipment available at the time.

When I started developing my Method, it was clear to me that the tools I incorporated needed to be closely matched to the outcome I was after: Action and REaction.

The spring, carriage, and pulley system on Joseph Pilates' reformer penetrates the muscle brilliantly, but his moves have a very different goal than mine. It also lacked versatility - every program that I did was custom-fit to each client, with constantly changing choreography. It wasn't before long that I ran out of fresh options on the Pilates reformer.

If I could control the design of a new machine, I realized, I would have more control over the results. I started dreaming of how amazing it would be to have a pulley system that moved, a carriage that split, and a ballet bar with more space.

Soon, I had my dream reformer built and designed 1,500 moves to go with it.

The Bands

After nine years of developing my Method, I found myself in London with the time, space and inclination to build and experiment. At this point in my career, I was already successful: I had changed women's figures in ways they never imagined was even possible.

Even though my Method had been proven, I knew I could take it farther, and achieve better, faster results.

My process has always been to change the muscular design with movements and sequencing, and get rid of excess weight by performing the dance aerobics. There's the final piece of the puzzle: getting the skin to come back to the muscle. Yes, the skin can come back. Yes, it can be smooth, even as you age, for longer than you imagine. The key to this step is the bands.

Band resistance is nothing new, but in London I developed a use for them that was fresh, original, and effective. The movements, the angles, and the resistance: combined, this system is like a full body skin tuck. Thus far, it has 800 specific moves and counting. I have also designed a cardio band program that activates all your muscles and works them in different rotations while still going easy on your joints.

We have our floor and ceiling band systems installed in home gyms, as well as in the NY and LA studios. All my clients agree: the Bands rock.

The Bars

The Bars are the most international member of the The System Collection. Inspired by a client's needs, I dreamed them up when I was in Paris and had my first set built as soon as I returned to London.

Muscles are a fascinating part of the body: we can literally redesign them to look however we want. The reason that most people never reap the rewards of this possibility is because they don't know how to nurture their bodies into performing at the level necessary to see real, permanent change. With each client, as they become ready, there comes a point where I must raise the stakes, challenging their strength, their endurance, their power, and their potential.

I designed the bars for a private client who was desperate to change a problem area. The only way for me to access this part of her body was to help her open up her hips. With the invention of the Bars, I was able to develop a series of moves for her that helped her progress and make the changes she so passionately desired.

The bars are very carefully designed; although they may resemble a ballet bar, they are used in innovative, groundbreaking ways that will build your strength and flexibility.

The Cube

While I was in New York City with a particular client - who performs at the physical level of a professional athlete - I was challenged to create an even more sophisticated bank of moves.

The key to my Method was the early observation that a consistent set of moves, along with continuous creation and choreography, was integral to avoiding static. One rule of fitness is that change creates change. On a program without enough movements, you'll plateau - or worse, achieve a physical outcome you didn't really want.

The better you get at the Method movements, the more I work to challenge your mental connection, utilizing your brain's natural reactions to using your muscles when you are challenged by balance, fear, and unfamiliar movement.

I designed the cube to maximize the benefits of the mind and body unity while still providing obstacles that encourage change, using challenging rotations that work every muscle. With the cubes, there is no isolation work: not one inch of you gets left out.
