"I can take any woman and turn her into this tiny ideal of perfection," says Tracy Anderson, who trains Hollywood hardbodies at her NYC and L.A. studios. Her plan is intense, consisting of 100-minute workouts, six days a week. But her clients -- including Gwyneth Paltrow, Shakira, and Kelly Ripa -- swear by the benefits. "She tightens and makes you smaller," Molly Sims tells Us of Madonna's former guru, adding that in just three months, "I've lost 12 inches, from everywhere!"
