Gwyneth Paltrow's personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, shares her top exercises for getting gams as gorgeous as Gwynnie's

"The secret to great legs is doing high repititons that won't bulk up the muscles," she says. "Work yourself up to 40-50 reps and perform both exercises on one leg at a time, the muscles will exhaust more quickly and you'll really be able to feel the burn."
